In case of fire
- In case of fire
- Remain calm.
- Call the fire department at 112.
- Warn other guests and leave the building immediately. Leave all unnecessary belongings in your room.
- Gather with other guests in the parking lot across the street so that the fire department can account for all guests.
No Smoking!
All rooms in this building are non-smoking rooms! We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in these rooms.
If you violate the no-smoking policy in the building, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of €500.
If you still feel the urge for a cigarette, cigar, or pipe, there are seating areas and ashtrays located in front of the hotel entrance.
Darkening
All our windows are equipped with roller shutters. The strap to lower or raise the shutters is located directly next to the window.
Alternatively, you can use the brown blackout curtains for darkening the room.
Phone
Our rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones. You can make free calls to all landlines within Germany. To access an outside line, please dial "0" before the desired number.
Calls to special numbers, mobile numbers, and international numbers are unfortunately not possible.
Free Wi-Fi
Our hotel is equipped with wireless internet access.
Please note that your connection data may be stored by us for possible evidentiary purposes.
The username is "Guest" (preset).
The password is 42225.

Door Locks / Entrances
Your room card or key fob serves to open both the hotel entrance door and your room door.
To open the doors, hold the card or key fob directly in front of the black reader unit on the room lock or at the hotel entrance door.
Once the card is recognized, a beep will sound, and you can press down the door handle or push open the hotel entrance door.
On the inside of the lock, you can engage the deadbolt. This ensures that the door cannot be opened by staff (except in an emergency).
Please do not forget to take your card with you when leaving the room!
Please remember to return the card when you check out.
Towels
The towels in your bathroom are automatically replaced at regular intervals during your stay; however, for environmental reasons, they are not changed daily.
If you would like your towels to be changed daily, please do not hang them up — instead, place them on the floor.
Breakfast
If you have booked a room with breakfast included, you will find our breakfast room in the building across the street.
The entrance is located on the side, under the canopy.
We serve breakfast as a buffet.
At the buffet, you will find, among other things:
- fresh bread rolls, rye bread, and toast
- butter and reduced-fat margarine
- various types of cold cuts (changing selection)
- Gouda, Tilsiter, Edam
- Brie, cream cheese, and cheese spread portions
- selection of jams
- honey (creamy and clear)
- Nutella
- various fruit yogurts, plain yogurt, and fruit salad
- cereals/breakfast flakes
- coffee, tea, cocoa, milk

Charging Electric Vehicles
For your convenience and to save you long walks, we have installed two charging stations (11–22 kWh) for electric vehicles.
These charging stations are not public and are therefore reserved exclusively for our guests.
To help protect the environment and the climate, our electricity is sourced 100% from renewable energy.
To charge your vehicle at our charging points, you will need an RFID card, which—along with the current price per kWh—can be obtained at the reception.
